The one we want most. Tell us the page and what is wrong, and a link to the source if you have one. We correct on the page rather than quietly, and the review date only moves when the copy actually changed — a date that moves without a substantive update is a false freshness signal and we treat it as a defect.

No reason required and no retention argument offered. Say which enquiry, or just give the email address you used. What we store and how long is set out in the privacy policy.
A question about a yard, a quote or a project
We read these. We will not quote your project — we have not seen it and we do not do the work — but reading a proposal you have already been given is the thing we are best at, so send the proposal rather than a summary of it.

Our studies are free to cite with attribution. If you want the underlying dataset or the retrieval notes behind a figure, ask — we would rather you checked our work than repeated it.
